Our host, Rob Lawrence, is joined by Sarah Tennyson, AC Regional Chair USA, East Coast; Michael Cullen, AC Regional Co-Chair Canada, and Oliver Johnston, who was the AC Inaugural Chair of Ireland and is a member of the Global Advisory Board as well an AC Ireland lifelong honorary member. In this enlivening conversation, our guests discuss what makes the AC different from other coaching professional bodies and take listeners on a journey through coaching both personally and in a wider context.

Guest Bio's

Sarah Tennyson is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, team coach and coach supervisor. Sarah co-founded CEC Global LLC, a specialist coaching and leadership development firm. Sarah holds an MSc. Organizational Psychology, a BSc (Hons). Psychology and professional certificates in Coaching Supervision and Team Coaching. Alongside her client work, she serves as Regional Chair (USA, East Coast) for the Association for Coaching and has published research and thought leadership on team coaching and coaching supervision in journals and books.

 

Passionate about everything coaching, Michael Cullen is a multi-credentialled coach, mentor coach, coach assessor, and coach supervisor. He leads the Rotman Executive Coaching Certificate (online) at the University of Toronto, having previously trained hundreds of coaches worldwide during the past decade. His ontological coaching approach is underpinned by integral theory and Buddhist philosophy. Michael volunteers as AC Regional Co-Chair, Canada and he hosts the popular quarterly AC Coaching Perspectives Forums.

 

Oliver Johnston is the Founder of Stepping Out from the Top Team - a consultancy that helps senior leaders exit the executive suite successfully. Oliver was the Inaugural Chair of the Association for Coaching in Ireland and is currently an AC Ireland honorary life member and a member of the Global Advisory Panel.
