Guest Bio

Andrew Gaines, FRSA, is the instigator of Inspiring Transition, a platform that supports coaches, thought leaders, and citizen-educators in championing transitioning to a life-affirming culture. Professionally, he is a Feldenkrais practitioner, psychotherapist and creativity trainer. He is also trained in Tai Chi and Aikido, improvisational acting, DesignShops, and The Natural Step, a way of working out whether a business or a country is ecologically sustainable or not. His books include Inner Work and Creativity Games.
