Julie Scanlon started her business in coaching, consultancy, training and facilitation in 2017. After a career of over fourteen years as an academic, she wanted to work more closely with her passion for social justice and helping individuals, communities, and organizations to be the best versions of themselves. Julie’s work is driven by her values. She provides consultancy and training on various aspects of diversity and inclusion, drawing on her academic expertise to offer an advanced understanding of the inclusion of women and on sexual orientation, areas in which she has published.
