Speaker Bios

Andréa Watts is the founder of UnglueYou® and the first specialist in coaching with collage. Her vision is to see the Collage Coaching Technique™ used globally. She delivers ICF accredited training to coaches and her book 'Collage as a Creative Coaching Tool: A Comprehensive Resource for Coaches and Psychologists' will be published by Routledge in July 2022. Andréa guest lectures at City University and has led a coaching psychology module at Birkbeck.


Beth Clare McManus works as a coach, psychologist and illustrator, supporting individuals and organisations to develop, using a visual and engaging approach, with a particular focus on well-being, emotions, and creativity. Her research on the use of music and mark-making in coaching supervision' is published in 'Philosophy of Coaching'. Beth is an EMCC senior practitioner Coach/Mentor and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Human Resource Management; MSc in Organizational Psychology; MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is a founding member of The Centre for Psychology at Work.


Pearl Jordan is a Performance and Wellbeing specialist, speaker, trainer, and coach, who is known for bringing joy, energy and enthusiasm to any stage of life. She is the founder of The Rhythmic Remedy® a movement-inspired and holistic approach to personal and professional development. Pearl’s career spans 30 plus years within the performance industry and more than 15 years in the health and wellbeing sector. Pearl innately knows how to help people to show up and deliver their best performance be that on the actual stage or the stage of life.


Stephen Brown is an experienced consultant, an EMCC accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level and holds professional qualifications through the Institute of Personnel & Development, IFS School of Finance and Academy of Executive Coaching Scotland. He is the director of Jemco consultancy ltd, a facilitator and coach educator, a re-emerging music composer and creator, and hosts his own coaching podcast channel – The Stretch Podcast.
