Speaker Bios

Professor Peter Hawkins Ph.D. is Chairman of Renewal Associates and Emeritus Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School. He is a global thought leader in Leadership Development, Systemic Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching, Coaching Supervision, and Organizational Transformation. Peter has been a coach, psychotherapist, supervisor, team coach, and organizational development consultant for over 40 years. He is a founding member and Honourary President of APECS. In 2019 he was given the Marshall Goldsmith Award for being one of the World's Top 100 Coaches. He is the author of many best-selling and internationally translated books.


Tom is the Chief Executive Officer at Saberr, the performance development platform for managers and teams. Prior to this he was on the Board and ran the consulting business at Alexander Mann Solutions. He has 15 years’ experience in consulting, which is where his interest in how people and organizational health are the driver of financial returns, was born. Tom’s early career was spent funding leveraged buyouts in the European market. He loves his role at Saberr and is now on a mission to define a more rigorous approach to building high performance teams.
