In this webinar series, Paul Lawrence, Principal of Leading Systemically and Honorary Research Associate at Oxford Brookes University, discusses current debate topics within the Team Coaching sphere and supports you in building your own practice model.

Paul discusses both philosophical and practical questions, sharing what the literature has to say. He presents some cool ideas on team coaching within that literature, translating some of those ideas into practice.

Speaker Bio

Paul Lawrence, after completing a PhD in Psychology, began his corporate career with BP plc, where he led teams and businesses around the world. He later moved into organizational development, notably leading BP’s first-ever global leadership program. Paul relocated to Sydney and started his own business in 2007. With over 5,000 coaching hours, he has published six books and numerous academic articles and book chapters. Paul has taught coaching at Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, and is a faculty member for the Oxford Brookes coaching supervision program, where he also holds an honorary research associate position.
