Speaker Bios

Paul J Barbour MSc is an executive and team coach. A writer and speaker with strong interests in team coaching and conflict resolution. Paul is also a lead tutor on team coaching at Henley Business School.

Dr. Rebecca J Jones PhD CPsychol is an Associate Professor in Coaching at Henley Business School, the Programme Director for Henley’s MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and a Chartered Psychologist.

Peter Hawkins Ph.D. is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School and Chairman of Renewal Associates. He is a global thought leader in Systemic Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching, and Coaching Supervision and organizational transformation.

Andrew Kakabadse FCIS, FBPS, FAM is a Professor of Governance and Leadership, Henley Business School and is Emeritus Professor, Cranfield School of Management.

Lucy Widdowson MSc, PCC, FCIPD is an executive and team coach and a lead tutor on team coaching at Henley Business School. During her 30-year corporate career, Lucy worked at board level as an HR director and led award-winning teams.
