Dr Declan Woods is the AC’s Global Head of Team Coaching Standards and Accreditation and leads the AC’s work on team coaching. Alongside this, Declan is the CEO of teamGenie®, a company specializing in designing, coaching and developing teams, and a top team coaching psychologist.

Declan is also a Professor of Leadership Practice at King’s College London, and his book ‘The Triumphant Team’ has been nominated for the British Book Awards 2023.
