Navigating Boundaries in Coaching

How essential are boundaries in your coaching practice - and how well do you honour them?

Join Ursula Clidière, Patti Stevens, and Rod Willis for a thought-provoking webinar series that delves into boundary management in coaching, with a special focus on mental health contexts.

This webinar series blends Seligman’s PERMA wellbeing model with insights from the Coaching Postures Profile - an evolution of the Coaching Signatures Profile® (CSP) - to help you manage boundaries while supporting both client growth and personal sustainability.

Across three dynamic sessions, you will:

  • Explore the foundations of boundaries and the PERMA model
  • Adapt your coaching posture to better meet client needs
  • Deepen your skills in managing complex boundary situations, especially where mental health is involved

By the end of the series, participants gain a deeper understanding of coaching boundaries, adaptive techniques, and strategies for maintaining ethical standards and self-care.
