Speaker Bios

Alexander Caillet is the CEO and Founder of the team effectiveness firm, Corentus, Inc. and is known for his pioneering approach to team coaching. As an organizational psychologist, consultant, and coach, Alexander has worked with more than 150 teams in various organizations worldwide.

Nancy Nachbar is an executive and team coach, facilitator, and trainer who offers a holistic and systems-integrating lens for looking at the realities of leading through complexity. Her first career was in global health, working in the United States and overseas, primarily in Africa. Nancy’s coaching approach helps leaders and teams make sense of conflicting interests and ideas and develop new ways of thinking, doing, and being.
