How do I reassure my clients that the recording will remain confidential?

This section forms a very important part of your application. To submit your application and recording you must sign the declaration (found on the application form) to state that you have permission from your client.

To offer reassurance to your client please explain that the recording will have all client and organisation identifiers removed (only use first names and, if necessary, talk about the organisation in broad terms). It must not be possible for the Assessor to identify the client or organisation.

Please also explain that the recording, along with your application, is sent via a secure file sharing link to the Assessor. The Assessor does not retain a copy of the recording after the outcome of the assessment has been sent to you. The AC Accreditation team only retain a copy for the duration of your 3-year accreditation.
