Alex discusses why most coaching has shifted online and the challenges and opportunities when delivering great coaching, including the focus on data privacy, consent and security .He speaks about Ovida and how AI tools can significantly enhance the coaching experience through improved human-to-human connection if engaged ethically.

Alex's message is to embrace the ethical use of AI as a tool that can significantly enhance the coaching experience and the coach's growth. Although AI coach-bots will play an essential role in democratizing coaching and supporting clients, it is ultimately the human-to-human relationship that fuels the most important coaching outcomes.

Alex Haitoglou

Alex Haitoglou was lucky to be introduced to non-directive coaching when he was a teenager and it transformed his life. Later on, while leading household brands at P&G, Alex witnessed the power of coaching in people development and organizations. He qualified as a coach and directed the P&G global GROW coaching program for multiple years in parallel with his business role.

After moving to Walgreens Boots Alliance and receiving great coaching, Alex left the corporate world to pursue his passion for wellness and communication, co-founding Ovida. His mission is to help humans connect better, using AI and Machine Learning to achieve that. Ovida is a platform that allows coaches to train better and grow faster, supervisors and mentors to observe and interact, and clients to improve their self-awareness and accelerate their progress.
