A Coaching Roadmap towards Whole System Transformation Coaching

The world over we are faced with the challenge of transforming the way we live and work, and leaders must prepare to guide people, starting with themselves, into new ways of thinking and action. Key to the success is the development of fresh eyes and deeper, broader and higher thinking to accelerate change in our organisations.

This involves significant capability development and working with urgency to make change happen faster by collaborating across silos and divides of experience.

Our discussion will be led by Lorna McDowell and Kieran Murphy from Xenergie.  Of Irish origin, the team has worked internationally to rethink and prototype progressive coaching approaches. Their systemic and collaborative approaches have helped leaders achieve transformational change in complex, disruptive corporate environments across sectors.   Lorna and Kieran will share their practical experience and roadmap in a reflective experience for Association for Coaching members and friends.

This webinar will cover:

  • Transforming leaders and their thinking – practical experience of helping leaders make the essential shifts
  • Leveraging the global community – we are one
  • Tuning into lived experience as a resource for transformation, including “tribal tensions”
  • Moving from failure to game-changing hope
  • The steps to the steps forward
  • Linking coaching and the journey of growth to organisational and whole system outcomes
  • Shared reflections on becoming a systemic coach and riding the waves of transformation
