Group Coaching: Power in Numbers
Group coaching is becoming a popular coaching modality, used to support individuals in communities and organizations across a range of sectors.
In this webinar series, Ana Paula Nacif will introduce the best practices around the delivery of group coaching, including the practicalities of designing and implementing group coaching programmes. We will look at the existing evidence for group coaching and how coaches can use group coaching to add value for their clients.

Description
of each webinar
Webinar 1: What is Group Coaching? This session will explore the definitions of group coaching, its benefits, and applications across different settings. Webinar 2: Designing and Implementing Group Coaching Programmes This session will discuss the unique benefits of group coaching and how coaches can tap into those to design programmes that add value to their clients. Webinar 3: Group Dynamics: Creating a Safe Environment for the Group to Flourish This session will talk about group dynamics - how to foster connections and hold space for the group to develop. Webinar 4: Putting it All Together This session will tackle the logistics and practicalities of running group coaching programmes such as contracting, recruiting, use of technology (for virtual groups) and evaluation.
Active Learning Break-out rooms and group coaching exercises. At least one third of each session will be taken up by interactive exercises.

Speaker Bio

Ana Paula Nacif is an experienced executive and group coach, consultant, and facilitator, with a range of clients in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She is a part-time senior lecturer for MsC Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. She is also the co-editor of the Philosophy of Coaching Journal.
