I’m an executive coach with over three decades of experience in military leadership and high-performance coaching. Having led complex logistics, strategic planning, and large-scale programmes, I now channel that experience into developing individuals, leaders, and teams.

My coaching is creative, engaging, and grounded in neuroscience — fun isn’t a gimmick; it’s a catalyst. When we enjoy learning, dopamine flows, stress drops, and insight deepens. I use tools like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to spark imagination, unlock new thinking, and drive lasting change.

Known for creating psychologically safe spaces, I help clients challenge assumptions, take smart risks, and think beyond the status quo — all with calm, clarity, and focus under pressure.
My One-to-One Coaching helps you explore personal and professional challenges in depth, creating strategies tailored to your unique goals. You’ll gain practical tools and insights that drive growth in both business and everyday life — turning your effort into an investment in future success.

Additional Information
My coaching interests lie at the intersection of disruptive thinking and fun in coaching. I believe true growth happens when leaders and teams are willing to challenge assumptions, question defaults, and embrace new perspectives—even when it feels uncomfortable. Disruption in this sense isn’t about creating chaos, but about sparking curiosity, creativity, and breakthroughs that might otherwise stay hidden. At the same time, I integrate fun and playfulness into coaching, recognising that laughter and lightness open doors to deeper insight and stronger connections. Whether through innovative tools like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, metaphor, or thought-provoking questions, my focus is on creating engaging, safe, and energising coaching experiences. I am particularly interested in how disruptive thinking and fun together can break down barriers, unlock potential, and support transformational change for individuals, leaders, and teams.
