I have had experience in utilising a variety of coaching methods, including one-to-one sessions, group workshops, and interactive exercises. Whether working face-to-face or virtually, I employ tools such as reflective questioning, performance analysis, and motivational techniques to empower individuals in their journey. Having worked in education for 20 years prior to joining the Civil service 2 and half years ago, I coached an array of individuals from tutors to colleagues and senior leaders over a 5-year period. I am passionate about unlocking potential, building confidence, and fostering growth. My approach is supportive yet challenging, aiming to bring out the best in every individual I work with. Coaching areas include; confidence building, career development, transition and change, leadership, identifying and belonging and challenges in relationships.
