Smaranda's coaching practice focuses on career transition, and she is an Executive Coach for The Marketing Academy. In her role with the Association for Coaching (AC) as Director of Digital Learning & Podcasts, Smaranda leads teams to deliver fantastic content through webinars, in-depth programmes, podcasts and Live interviews on LinkedIn.
