Meet the Speakers
Hear directly from the voices behind “Coaching as a Leader: How to Coach Individuals and Teams for Improved Performance” - an inspiring group of professionals with deep expertise in leadership, coaching, and organizational change. 
Victoria Leath is a catalyst for transformation with 25+ years of diverse experience across the world, spanning business consulting, executive coaching, education & research, manufacturing, industrial projects, rental, and print & packaging industries. Victoria is the co-founder of Leader as Coach, specializing in coaching skills training for managers, leaders, and organizations. She serves as Head of Corporate Membership & Accreditation and Head of International Growth at the Association for Coaching (AC), and is the founder of Inclusive Executive Coaching & Leadership Development (IECLD), specializing in leadership development. An AC-accredited Professional Executive Coach, Victoria holds an MBA, is an Accredited PROPHET Practitioner, and combines her passion for leadership with arts and culture as a semi-professional artist. Victoria specializes in leadership coaching, and her purpose is to "inspire and stretch leaders to make a positive impact in the world." 
Paul Williamson has twenty-eight years' experience working for ATG Entertainment, the world's largest live entertainment group. He has been a senior leader in Sales, Ticketing, and HR. During his time in talent development, he has designed acclaimed in-house leadership development programmes, helped to build a successful internal coaching faculty, and coached leaders at all levels within the organisation. Paul is a passionate advocate for coaching, the arts and culture, and life-long learning. He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC. Paul also specialises in coaching leaders around 'the Childhood Story', based on the work of Dr Sarah Hill and David Kantor. Paul is also the Regional Chair for Great Britain at the Association for Coaching. 
Ross Hunter is an MSc-qualified executive coach with over two decades of experience developing leaders and teams across elite sport, global consultancy, and FTSE 20 organisations. His coaching philosophy was shaped as Head Coach of the England Blind Cricket Team, where he learned that true coaching begins when you stop being the expert. That experience redefined how he works - creating space for leaders to think deeply, challenge assumptions, and rediscover their own solutions. Known for his blend of curiosity, challenge, and warmth, Ross helps senior leaders and teams build trust, clarity, and confidence to perform at their best. He is a co-author of The Leader as Coach, contributing the chapter Letting Go of Expertise. 
Nuha Al Moosa started her career in the Hospitality industry, moving into the Banking sector, and from then on to the Energy sector, holding various roles for a period of 20 years, in the areas of sales, marketing, communications, public relations, financial institutions, in-country value (local content), and leadership & capability building. Her transition from being solely business-focused to people-centric came in 2016, when she experienced first-hand talent profiles. She is currently an Association for Coaching (AC) accredited executive coach, change practitioner, and culture catalyst. Nuha received her BSc in Business Administration in 2005 from The American University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). As a person who values authenticity, she is fond of learning about various cultures and shifts through organic growth. She is keen to help others discover their potential and aims to continue her journey in coaching. Her message to you is: “Be curious to learn. Seek to grow as a whole.” 
Tony Worgan is a leadership development and coaching expert with more than 40 years of experience spanning manufacturing, media, and global organisations. Formerly Head of Coaching and Mentoring at the BBC, he has worked with leaders and teams worldwide to navigate change, build trust, and unlock authentic performance. Holding a Master’s in Coaching Psychology and trained as a Transactional Analyst, Tony specialises in workplace relationships, group dynamics, and effective leadership. His work is driven by a simple belief: when leaders form a deep understanding of themselves and others, lasting transformation follows. His purpose is to pass it forward. 
Linda Beatty is a Senior Manager of Culture and Engagement at Bank of Ireland. Based in Ireland, she has over thirty-five years’ experience working in the communications and financial services industries. She is a Marketeer, a Customer Experience (CX) professional, and a qualified Executive Coach. She is a passionate Coaching advocate and believes that organizations thrive by embedding a coaching culture. In 2018, she founded and now leads the Coaching Community of Practice within her organisation, from which she set up an internal coaching faculty. This resulted in her winning numerous internal recognition awards for Enabling Colleagues to Thrive. She lives in Dublin with her husband, practices yoga and mindfulness, and loves running Half Marathons. 
Dena Paris is a seasoned global leader, executive coach, and HR professional. A certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she received her training and accreditation from Columbia University. With decades of experience leading global teams in professional services, she brings deep expertise in leadership development, talent management, and coaching. In 2019, she founded an internal Executive Coaching Center of Expertise, offering individual, group, and team coaching. Dena is passionate about amplifying coaching’s impact on individuals and organizations. Outside work, she values time with family and friends and seeks learning experiences that broaden her understanding of people and the world. 
Jen Kidby has a passion for making a difference to organizations so that they can become places for people to thrive. For over 25 years, she has been applying psychology in the workplace, working with thousands of leaders in a wide range of industries as an external consultant, an internal practitioner, and a leader. She is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and an accredited coach and coach supervisor. She is the editor and co-author of Coaching as a Leader, published in collaboration with the Association for Coaching and Kogan Page. She currently works for Doane Grant Thornton LLP as the Director for Leadership Development and Succession Planning, where her role includes leading the development of a community of over 150 leader coaches across Canada. Jen currently lives in Ontario, Canada, with her husband, daughter, and two rescue cats.
