Rather than adding tools or tactics, you’ll discover how to shift the ground leaders stand on–creating the conditions for a new kind of leadership anchored in presence, connection and clarity.

You’ll also reflect on your own coaching stance, deepening the presence you bring. This is not about fixing leaders but enabling real transformation through a framework that is both practical and profound.

Dr Be Pannell

Dr Be Pannell is the CEO of the Institute for Transformation, which provides coaching, consulting, and digital education designed to deliver profound transformation for leaders and organisations. Its work is grounded in the Framework for Transformation—built on ancient wisdom, psychology, and adult development—offering a future-focused approach to leadership in times of complexity. The Institute for Transformation equips leaders and coaches to become more human, more connected, and more creative in the time of AI, moving beyond tactics into practical, sustainable transformation. With over 25 years of experience, Dr Be has worked internationally as an executive coach and organisational change consultant. Formerly a consulting director with a global advisory firm, she has led major transformation programs and advised senior teams on strategy, people, and culture. Holding a doctorate in leadership, she bridges research and practice to shape approaches that unlock adaptability, expand impact, and sustain meaningful change at scale.
