I’m an ICF-trained coach working with people who want clarity, resilience, and forward movement, without pressure, performance, or one-size-fits-all techniques.
I’m autistic, and I've rebuilt my life more than once, navigating periods of instability, burnout, and profound change. Alongside that lived experience, I bring a strong analytical background, over 17 years in the corporate sector, including senior leadership roles, consultancy work across international markets, and speaking at large industry conferences.
As a coach, I’m calm, precise, and deeply respectful of autonomy. I help clients slow things down and see patterns that are hard to spot from the inside.
I draw on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and metacognitive approaches, adapted ethically for coaching. Clients often describe sessions as grounding, clarifying, and unexpectedly practical.
