Neuro-Affirming Approaches for a Diverse WorkforceAs workplaces become increasingly diverse and awareness of neurodiversity grows, coaches, managers, and HR professionals need practical skills to create truly inclusive environments that enable all employees to thrive.
This live 2-hour workshop with Gillian Jones-Williams, CEO of Emerge Development Consultancy, bridges that gap by offering evidence-based approaches that respect neurological differences while delivering practical results.
Understanding neurodiversity is no longer optional in modern coaching practice - it's fundamental to effective support. Many professionals work with neurodivergent clients or colleagues but lack confidence in the language, frameworks, and strategies to provide appropriate guidance.
Whether you're new to the topic or looking to deepen your existing knowledge, this session will equip you with tools that make a meaningful difference in how you support neurodivergent individuals to reach their full potential. You will leave with: - An understanding of the breadth of neurodiversity
- New knowledge of workplace terminology and labels across global contexts to foster clarity and inclusion
- The confidence and competence to navigate neurodiversity with sensitivity and skill
In this workshop, you will learn:- The intersection of the different elements of neurodiversity – including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and co-existing conditions such as Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD)
- Apply neuro-affirming language and approaches that respect identity and promote psychological safety
- How to leverage strengths-based strategies to unlock potential while addressing executive function challenges.

This workshop will be interactive, so come ready to join in with your camera on and phone off.
