I am a qualified executive, professional and instructional coach; I specialise in education leadership, but I also work with executives and senior leaders in commercial organisations. I am trained in a wide variety of coaching methodologies including solution-focused, dilemma-based and instructional coaching, all of which have been used in individual and group coaching contexts with leaders and other colleagues from education settings across the UK), as well as with corporate clients across Europe, North America and Oceania. I am also a qualified coaching trainer and assessor, supporting leaders and their staff to implement coaching models, as well as empowering them to develop the necessary skills, habits and qualities to become more coach-like in their everyday practice and to establish a coaching culture in their organisation. I am passionate about providing impactful coaching which leads to action, clarity and energy, facilitates professional growth and improves mental health.
I provide individual and group coaching for clients in both the private and public sectors, and facilitate bespoke coaching skills workshops for organisations who are looking to implement an impactful coaching culture.
In addition to coaching, I am proud to be a part-time Co-Headteacher at Laureate Community Academy, a wonderful 2-11 primary school and nursery, having been full-time Headteacher there for nearly 12 years. I have been fortunate to work with some amazing people during my career and have had some wonderful opportunities, including working for the government and delivering teacher training at Cambridge University!
When I have time, I enjoy writing (I am currently around 25,000 words into my latest book!), walking and mindfulness; I am also passionate about continuing my own learning journey, from improving my language skills (I have qualifications in French, German and British Sign Language) to expanding my coaching knowledge, skills and experience even further.
