I have over 30 years of experience as a collaboration consultant, as a researcher and coach. I work with professionals and senior leaders in profit, nonprofit and public sector organisations that aim to develop intentional transformation capacity for better results individually, in teams and organisations.
Having worked on social issues (e.g. poverty alleviation, social inclusion, and healthcare) with many organisations of different sizes in the UK and internationally has ignited my interest in reflection as a powerful tool that can help individuals and collectives to move beyond cognitive understanding of conditions, issues or problems by shifting attention towards the role of the self, as the supreme tool of transformation.
My mission is to facilitate transformation in people and communities for a brave new world that accepts vulnerability as a stepping stone to opportunity for change by practicing intentional structured reflection.
