Using a global coaching approach, I work with individuals and smaller groups (3-12 persons). Small allows for all members to freely speak and listen. I interface with individuals and organizations with an objective to enable and empower reflection and action. With groups, we create a desirable demonstration effect that has the potential to be multiplied, iterated and expanded.
