Additional Information
My interest is in the public sector where the coaching process serves as a catalyst, challenge and support for leaders of innovation and improvement at all levels. I am currently serving my second term as a Board Trustee for the RSA and the RSA US. Previously also served 2 terms as Director on Board of ACTO and a short term on ICF UK. I am committed to enabling people find their strengths, resources, and solutions that work effectively for them in their own context: clarifying what they most value; building better relationships to become purposeful, confident and conscious leaders of change. have extensive experience leading significant change and improvement in and across organisations: translating strategy and concepts into implementable models and practice. I was a senior member of a Government Standards Unit responsible for leadership of a national coaching strategy and policy in post-16 education across England. 4,000 practitioners were trained in coaching approaches.
