Hazel is an experienced facilitator and coach, working with executives, teams and individuals across the public, private and voluntary sector. She supports clients in getting to the heart of the issue quickly, using a dynamic and light-hearted approach to facilitate change and development. Hazel is creator of the coaching board game, Lumination which is used by organisations across the UK to develop a coaching culture. She is also an ILM Level 7 qualified coaching supervisor, providing 1:1 and group supervision services.
