I have over 25 years experience of working in the arts as a leader, consultant and coach. Over the last five years I have specialised in coaching individuals, and organisational coaching. I often work with organisations that are transforming. I support and enable people through coaching to develop both themselves and their organisations. Career coaching is a fundamental part of my practice.

I originally studied Fine Art and believe my early life as an artist has enabled me throughout my career to see things in a very special way. My creativity is at the core of all the work I do, never more so then when I am coaching and encouraging people to be brave and share their thoughts and ideas.
