Ian spent some 20 years in the civil service (working on foreign and domestic policy and strategy matters) before moving to the private sector as a management consultant, specialising in strategy and transformation. His experience operating and delivering in large organisations brought him his fair share of personal ‘stars and scars’ – so he has a lived understanding of the opportunities and pressures clients in such organisations can face. In both public and private sector roles, Ian became increasingly involved in people development, as trainer and coach. In 2019, after 12 years in management consultancy, Ian set up Prodevuk® Limited to focus full-time on helping build smarter businesses through coaching, training and consultancy.
