Katherine Tulpa

Katherine Tulpa is the Co- Founder and CEO of the Association for Coaching. She is also founder of Wisdom8, an Executive Coach, Board Facilitator, and Leadership Advisor who works with CEOs, C-Suite Executives, and Top Teams across the world. She is a leading authority within her field, as well as a speaker, author and coach mentor.

Katherine received the accolade of Coach/Mentor of the Year by Coaching at Work; the Global Coaching Leadership award at the World HRD Congress, and AC Honorary Awards for Impacting & Influencing the Coaching Profession, amongst others. Katherine is a guest lecturer for Imperial Colleges ELITE programme for CEOs. She runs the Coaching Faculty for The Marketing Academy.

Gina Lodge

Gina Lodge is a Mentor, Coach, Association for Coaching Area Chair UK, Africa and India, Co -Chair UK Chapter British Swiss Chamber of Commerce, Founder Member Intelligent Leadership Hub (ILH), 100 Women@ Davos.

Having recently left her role as CEO of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), her primary achievements there were to design and implement the strategy, build and lead the team to exceed predicted growth, and enhance and build the brand and global reputation of the AoEC.
