Claudia Day

Claudia is co-founder of The Growing Coaches, a company focused on supporting coaches with their first 100 hours. For her coaching practice, she focuses on transitions coaching, specifically back-to-work. Prior to launching these companies, Claudia spent 15 years starting a family and working in multiple roles and industries across the globe.

Claudia’s training includes an MsC in Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School and an MBA from MIT Sloan. She is accredited by the EMCC, and currently is part of the AC UK Leadership Team and on the advisory board of Vertinetik. She is also an editor and contributor of WeCoach - a collaborative project with the Henley coaching community.

Rob Lawrence

Rob is the AC’s audio producer and podcast content strategist as well as the host for the Boost Your Coaching Business podcast series in 2021 and the Make Time for Marketing series in 2022. Rob is also a coach, mentor and business owner who specialises in supporting those that consider themselves to be creative and entrepreneurial in finding their voice and message. He is the host of the Inspirational Creatives podcast.

Maxine Bell

Maxine is the Podcast Manager at the Association for Coaching and was host of the Make Coaching Creative podcast series. She is a certified coach but is now focusing on various writing projects, freelance editing and copywriting, as well as creating art with a message. Her background is in health, social care and education.
