International Trends in Coaching with Geoffrey Abbott, Ian Mitchell and Victoria Leath"The value of meeting people from different cultures is it challenges perspectives around the idea of coaching.” In this penultimate episode of our AC at 20 series, our host Rob Lawrence is joined by Geoffrey Abbot, AC Global Advisory Panel member; Ian Mitchell, Chair of the AC Northwest Europe area and part of the Supervision SIG; and Victoria Leath, AC's Head of Corporate Membership & Accreditation and Head of International Growth. Drawing on their own experiences as well as literature and theory, these three powerhouses of coaching come together in a thought-provoking conversation to discuss current practice, future directions and explore developments in coaching through an international and intercultural lens. Discover how different forms of coaching have emerged that challenge some of the traditional foundations in 'western' practices and thinking.
