Charly is the Founder of the Climate Change Coaches, a pioneering team that trains people to shift mindsets, connect better and make every conversation about climate change lead to action. They know that global challenges are coachable and that coaching can create hopeful action, individually and collectively. They train professional coaches, organizations, and grassroots workers to influence, empower and galvanize action. Charly is an ICF PCC with over 2600 hours of coaching experience. She believes that coaches can play a soothing and energizing role in helping our world transform for the better. She lives in Oxford, UK, and works with clients all over the world.
