They discuss the coaching skills that leaders and individuals can use in this time of polarisation and climate crisis, and they bring an ecosystem approach to coaching and facilitation. Underpinning all this is their love of nature and their belief that creating a connection with the natural world can stimulate attention, inspiration, care, and action.

Elizabeth Wainwright and Catriona Horey

Elizabeth Wainwright is a writer, a coach, and a consultant operating locally and globally, particularly with individuals and organizations working on social and environmental change. She is an elected District Councillor in the UK.

Catriona Horey is a leadership and life coach who works globally, primarily with leaders in social innovation and women looking to redefine their priorities. She is also a coaching skills trainer, including for the MOE Foundation.

Elizabeth and Catriona have both undergone additional coach training with Climate Change Coaches. Together, they co-host a podcast called Unfurling, which explores everything from beauty to climate change, language to economics - through the lens of the natural world.

They have co-designed and delivered nature-inspired workshops in Battersea Park, and online seminars to help people find their agency around climate change. They offer coaching, training and speaking, informed and inspired by the natural world.
