Peter Hawkins

Professor Peter Hawkins Ph.D. is Chairman of Renewal Associates and Emeritus Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School. He is a global thought leader in Leadership Development, Systemic Coaching, Systemic Team Coaching, coaching supervision, and organizational transformation. He has been a coach, Psychotherapist, supervisor, team coach, and organizational development consultant for over 40 years.

He has pioneered and taught Systemic Team Coaching in over 50 countries. He has been a founding member of APECS and Honorary President since 2007. In 2019 he was given the Marshall Goldsmith Award for being one of the World's Top 100 Coaches. He is the author of many best-selling and internationally translated books.
