Andréa Watts Bio

Andréa Watts is the founder of UnglueYou® and the first specialist in coaching with collage. She created the Collage Coaching Technique™. To support her vision of its use globally, she delivers ICF accredited training to coaches. Her book 'Collage as a Creative Coaching Tool: A Comprehensive Resource for Coaches and Psychologists' will be published by Routledge in July 2022.

Andréa guest lectures at City University and has led a coaching psychology module at Birkbeck.

Stephen Brown Bio:

Stephen Brown is an experienced consultant, an EMCC accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level and holds professional qualifications through the Institute of Personnel & Development, IFS School of Finance and Academy of Executive Coaching Scotland. He is the director of Jemco consultancy ltd, a facilitator and coach educator, a re-emerging music composer and creator, and hosts his own coaching podcast channel – The Stretch Podcast.

Beth Clare McManus Bio:

Beth works as a coach, psychologist and illustrator, supporting individuals and organisations to develop, using a visual and engaging approach. Her work is dedicated to helping people be human at work, focusing on well-being, emotions, and creativity. Her research on music and mark-making in coaching supervision to support professional reflective practice and connection to the self is published in 'Philosophy of Coaching'.

Beth is an EMCC senior practitioner Coach/Mentor and holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Human Resource Management; MSc in Organizational Psychology; MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and a founding member of The Centre for Psychology at Work.
