Dr Judith Cardenas is the President and CEO of Strategies By Design, a global consultancy specializing in innovative, client-centric solutions. With over a decade of experience, she empowers leaders and organizations to achieve their vision through innovation, change and co-creation strategies. Judith holds a doctorate in education administration and training and performance improvement. Her postdoctoral training includes leadership development at Harvard University's John F Kennedy School of Government and professional for return on investment from Villanova University. She also holds innovation, design thinking, AI leadership, AI strategy, AI ethics and AI design certifications.

Dr Bernard Rochon is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience across various sectors, including higher education, corporate training, and non-profit leadership. He holds degrees from Dayton University, Austin Presbyterian Seminary, St Louis University, and the University of Detroit-Mercy. An accomplished author, executive coach and registered corporate coach, Bernard excels in team leadership, performance maximization and workplace relationships. His credentials include DISC facilitation, a DACUM certificate from the Ohio State University, and postdoctoral training in ROI and neuroscience techniques.
