Climate Coaching in the Global South

Our Climate Conversations programme invites AC Members to thoughtfully explore the climate and environmental crises and social implications. Each webinar provides new insights for personal reflection, insightful learning, valuable perspectives, and new tools to share in the work we do with clients and colleagues.

Amanda Katili Niode shares what life is like in Indonesia, a country that suffers greatly from the impacts of climate change and where solutions require the efforts of other countries.

This webinar will encourage you to consider opportunities for developing climate-specific coaching in global south countries and how a global mindset could benefit your coaching practice.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • What living and working with climate change and environmental decline is like in the global south, especially in Indonesia
  • Opportunities for, and obstacles to, bringing a coaching approach in a non-Western culture
  • The value of bringing systemic climate awareness to your coaching
