Our Climate Conversations programme invites AC Members to thoughtfully explore the climate and environmental crises and social implications.

Each webinar provides new insights for personal reflection, insightful learning, valuable perspectives, and new tools to share in the work we do with clients and colleagues.

With the Earth in Mind is a systemic framework to facilitate coaching, leadership & community conversations on the climate crisis and environmental decline. This framework helps increase the awareness of our relationship with and responses to what's happening in our world. It supports us in having more connected, intentional, purposeful, and proactive conversations.

In this webinar you will learn:

• That silence on "climate change" is a potentially maladaptive response to threat, with adverse long-term consequences
• That this tool can gently invite conversations with clients about the climate and environment
• How good contracting with it is essential
• How can the framework help people acknowledge the crisis we are in AND facilitate their sense of personal agency

Speaker Bio

Linda Aspey works on culture, climate change, and the environment, supporting leaders, teams, and coaches in facing our changing world's challenges. She facilitates "The Work that Reconnects" and delivers workshops and keynotes on understanding our responses to climate change and climate leadership. Linda is a speaker and trainer with Extinction Rebellion, and a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance.
