In this Live Coaching Demo, Maria Iliffe-Wood, works with a volunteer to highlight using Coaching Presence in her sessions. She believes that when people are connected to this intangible, they have access to a greater source of wisdom than can ever be possible when searching in our intellect for the answers.

Coaching Presence is not an approach. It underpins all coaching. Following the coaching demonstration, the participants reflect on the presence aspect of the session and debrief.

Maria Iliffe-Wood is an experienced executive coach, leadership coach, and supervisor. No matter who she works with her focus is on presence.

Maria published her book, Coaching Presence, Building Consciousness and Awareness into Coaching Interventions in 2014 and it is on the recommended reading list for many academic coaching courses.
