With 14 years at Roche and 20+ years of business experience, he blends digital technology and AI expertise with strategic innovation. As a mission-driven neurodivergent leader, he excels in recognizing and acting on patterns and trends in complex environments. In his spare time, Dom enjoys sports, hiking in nature, and traveling to inspiring places.
