She works with individuals, teams and organisations, to help embed inclusive leadership and practices across the employee life cycle and create positive work cultures. Her book, 'Rewire: A Radical Approach to Tackling Diversity and Difference' (published by Bloomsbury) was described by the FT as "the most refreshing approach to diversity I have read.”
