Guest Bio's

Anita is a bilingual and bi-cultural executive and career coach, international keynote speaker and group facilitator. She became a coach 15 years ago and is currently the chair of the Association for Coaching, France. Recognized as an expert in Emotional Intelligence and Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness, Anita is passionate about people’s engagement, development and well-being, with over two decades of experience in leadership and organizational change. Another cause close to her heart is coaching women who deal with breast cancer to empower them to take back control of their lives and look at their future with confidence and optimism. Anita believes that coaches hold a key to unleashing the mostly untapped good in the world. Her motto is: “Opportunities don’t just happen, we create them”.

 

Umut is the founder and chair of the Association for Coaching in Turkey. He is the creator of Professional Coaching-ACTP (ICF), Master Coaching-AADCT (AC) and a recognized leader in Coach-RLAC (AC) and Team Coaching-ACSTH (ICF) courses. Umut has over five thousand hours as a coach and 22 years as a trainer. He has a PhD in employee coaching and is the author of three coaching books in Turkish. Umut uses a cognitive behavioural (CB) approach in his coaching sessions. Using CB with local culture, he invented “Renaissance Technique®” which emphasizes “Do what you think”. He is the co-creator of the first Turkish Coaching Model “KAMÇI!” and is leading “Coaching for The Future,” in which more than 14,000 young people are being coached.
