Speaker Bios

Jonathan Passmore is Senior Vice-President, CoachHub and Professor of Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley Business School. He is also a psychologist, executive coach, researcher, and prolific author.

Kate Lanz is the Founder and CEO of Mindbridge, a founder member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and an accredited member of the Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors (APECS).

Margot Hennessy is the Global Talent & Organisational Capability Director for Serco. She is known for her skills in Business Strategy and Growth, Leadership Performance, Stakeholder Management, Organisational Design and Effectiveness, and Workforce Planning.

Katherine Tulpa is the Co-founder and CEO of the Association for Coaching. She is also the founder of Wisdom8, an executive Coach, board facilitator, and leadership advisor who works with CEOs, C-Suite Executives, and Top Teams across the world. She is also a speaker, author and coach mentor.

Alison Carter is a researcher and expert consultant in HR, Leadership and Coaching: skilled in Leadership, Human Resources, Culture Change, Experiential Learning and Coaching at work. She is a principal researcher at the Institute for Employment Studies.
