Guest Bio's

Jane Upton is a Leadership & Executive Coach at Praesta International. For over 20 years she has been coaching senior leaders and teams to become more effective, sustainable and happier in the way that they work. Based in Spain, Jane coaches internationally with clients in the UK, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa in both English and Spanish. Her expertise is in working with clients to make sense of the increasingly complex environments within which they work. Jane is an accredited Master Coach, trained assessor and is the Head of Accreditation and Standards for the Association for Coaching in Spain.

 

Adrian Green is a former international athlete, advertising executive, and Founder and Managing Director of Pressure Point GB. With twenty years of experience, Adrian specializes in partnering with senior executives, especially in (Marketing/Media/Sales and Leadership roles) vertical and horizontal teams, and devising and delivering bespoke and cutting-edge leadership, management, culture, and people-development programmes. He is also a passionate professional speaker.

 

Angela is a highly experienced coach and coach supervisor, accredited with the AC and a former council member (now a lifelong fellow). Angela’s is the author of “Essential Life Coaching Skills” (2009) and “Clean Coaching: The Insider Guide to Making Change Happen” (2016). Angela’s passion is Clean Language, a powerful non-directive facilitation process that engages the coachee’s non-conscious resources through the metaphors they use. Angela teaches ‘Clean’ techniques through The Clean Coaching Centre.
