Guest BioRob Nathan is the founder and CEO at CCS Career Counselling Services, an organization that provides Accredited Career Coach Training and is a pioneer in the field of career coaching in the UK. Rob is also a supervisor of career coaches, set up the Masters in Career & Talent Management at Kingston University, and is a chartered psychologist. Rob co-authored two successful books on career counselling and unemployment. He continues to write on coaching-related topics and regularly runs workshops for professional groups, such as the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology and the United National Career Development Roundtable. Rob won a National Training Award for training BBC Career Coaches and was a finalist in 2022 and 2023 for the CDI (Career Development Institute) Award, for the use of technology in career coaching and innovative employer engagement.
