Speaker Bios

Dr. Angelina Bennet is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, certified coach, author, Director of I Potential Ltd and expert in the application of psychometrics. She is also a co-director of Type Pro Ltd - offering qualifying training in psychological type, and the creator of the RADAR assessment for assessing risk behaviour.

Juliette Alban-Metcalfe is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Chief Executive of Real World Group, helping establish their approach to Engaging Transformational Leadership, based on uniquely proven research. She is also an author of several articles in practitioner and peer-reviewed journals, as well as book chapters and a keynote speaker.

Tom Hopton is an HCPC Registered and Chartered Occupational Psychologist leading, researching, developing, consulting and presenting on the use of psychology and behavioural science. He is a published author, and international speaker on subjects such as psychometric assessment, performance and leadership.
