Christina Wyatt coached leaders inside Barclays Bank for 9 years before setting up her own business as an Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor, helping professional women who feel stuck or blocked in their career, create more success and confidence. She has created a 12 week one-to-one coaching programme called 'Time to Shine'.

 

Darren Whysall is a qualified strategic leader, executive coach, and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience of partnering with people and teams who work in high pressure environments including the Armed Forces, Education Sector and Financial Services. My leadership philosophy is simple, ‘make a positive difference’ which he achieves through studying strengths, capabilities and high-performance patterns and shining the light on the best of people, teams, and organizations.
