Applying Growth Mindset in Coaching

Growth Mindset is the belief that a person's capacities and talents can be improved over time. It contrasts with a Fixed Mindset - the limiting belief that such capacities cannot be meaningfully developed.

Professor Carol Dweck, who developed this psychological theory, suggests that adopting a growth mindset and rejecting a fixed mindset, can make people more likely to succeed.

In this ten-webinar signature programme, you will develop a deep understanding of the theory and how it can be implemented within coaching.

In this 10-part Signature Programme, you will learn:

  • A deep understanding of growth mindset theory
  • How to recognize barriers to change in yourself and others
  • How to use innovative tools to identify and develop mindsets
  • How existing techniques and approaches support the development of a growth mindset
  • How to prioritize areas for change in relation to mindset
