At Sensemaking Space, she combines her love for deep individual coaching with the richness of group processes. Before going into coaching, Conny worked for 20 years in corporate roles in Germany, the UK and Australia, where she lives now. She stays inspired, energised and curious through learning, artmaking and reading.
