Speaker Bio

Anna Sheather is an executive coach, supervisor, and self-taught artist. She has been coaching since 2006, setting up Elan Coaching in 2007. Anna has been increasingly combining art with her coaching practice and, in 2016, set up ART in Coaching, a platform sharing her research and writing, as well as providing development programmes for coaches who want to develop an art-based practice. In 2019 her book, Coaching Beyond Words - Using Art to Deepen and Enrich Our Conversations, was published by Routledge. Anna has now launched a Diploma in ART-Based Coaching accredited by the Association for Coaching.
